“Before my three day weekend with Shauna, I was very confused, down in the dumps, and I was feeling a lot of pain in my body. I felt sciatic pain in both my legs and I had lower back pain. During the three day weekend, a lot of things came up, I was able to talk about my experience when I was 16 years old, and open up about my suicide attempt. I was able to have an open conversation with my mom regarding my business. Above all that, I no longer felt pain in my legs or my back. I felt like a new person. I was able to release and let go of all the people that no longer serve me in my life. I deleted people from my phone book, and mentally saw a lot of images that came up and saw them break into a million pieces. I am able to make decisions and see my life where I want to be. Shauna made me realize what I wanted in life, which I could not see before.”
